By accessing or using alt.training and any associated services, content, or materials (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ALT LABS LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree not to use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access our Services.
ALT LABS LLC operates ALT TRAINING, an online education platform providing digital learning experiences, training programs, and community access. Our current offerings include:
Digital training programs and courses
Community access and group learning environments
Educational resources, guides, and downloadable materials
Live and recorded instructional content
Coaching and mentorship programs
Current training programs include Speaker Alchemy (public speaking mastery) and Holistic Alchemy (clean living and sustainable relationships). Additional programs will be added to the platform over time.
The nature and availability of Services may change at our discretion. No specific outcomes are guaranteed except as explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Access to our Services is provided through the ALT TRAINING platform at alt.training. To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account
You must not share your account credentials or access with any other person. You are fully liable for any unauthorized use of your account.
All content, course materials, videos, audio recordings, documents, graphics, tools, templates, frameworks, methodologies, and other intellectual property available through our Services are the exclusive property of ALT LABS LLC, protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Upon gaining access to our Services, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use materials solely for your own personal learning and development. This license terminates immediately upon account termination or violation of these Terms.
You expressly agree NOT to:
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course materials or content
Record, screenshot, or download content beyond what we explicitly make available for download
Share, sublicense, or transfer your account access to any third party
Use our methodologies, frameworks, or content to create competing products or services
Use our content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any materials constitutes copyright infringement and will result in liquidated damages of $10,000 per incident, in addition to any other legal remedies available.
Certain materials provided through our Services contain proprietary methodologies, frameworks, strategies, and trade secrets. You agree to treat all such materials as confidential and not disclose them to any third party without our prior written consent. This confidentiality obligation survives for two (2) years following the termination of your account or access.
You agree not to directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, or contact other platform members for competing services for a period of one (1) year following termination of your account. Violations may result in immediate access suspension and forfeiture of any remaining access or benefits.
You agree NOT to:
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any platform materials
Share account credentials or access with others
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, tools, or proprietary technology
Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access our Services
Use our materials to create competing products, services, or training programs
Harass, threaten, or abuse other members of our community or our staff
Make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about ALT LABS LLC, its products, staff, or other users. Violations may result in liquidated damages of $1,000 per incident.
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws
Our platform includes community spaces where members interact, share, and learn together. As a member, you agree to engage with respect, integrity, and good faith. ALT LABS LLC reserves the right to remove any content or revoke community access for any user who violates community standards, harasses other members, or otherwise disrupts the learning environment.
The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ALT LABS LLC disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, ALT LABS LLC does not warrant:
Specific results or outcomes. Our programs are for educational and informational purposes. Results depend entirely on your effort, consistency, prior experience, and other factors beyond our control. Testimonials or examples do not guarantee your results.
Professional advice. Our content does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or any other form of professional advice. Consult qualified professionals before taking action on any health, legal, or business matter.
Uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course, tool, or feature of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALT LABS LLC's total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount associated with your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall ALT LABS LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ALT LABS LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (d) your unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials; or (e) your violation of any applicable law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution through written correspondence for a period of thirty (30) days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Pinellas County, Florida, or via video conference at the election of either party. Both parties agree to arbitrate on a mutual basis. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. The losing party shall be responsible for the prevailing party's reasonable attorneys' fees and arbitration costs.
Either party may bring claims in small claims court for disputes under $5,000. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement.
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within thirty (30) days of first using our Services by sending written notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:
Violation of intellectual property or confidentiality terms
Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
Harassment or threats directed at other members or staff
Unauthorized copying or distribution of platform materials
Violation of any provision of these Terms
Upon termination, all access is revoked. The Company may delete associated account data without liability.
Survival. The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Limitation of Liability.
ALT LABS LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any litigation not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services, including course content, platform features, and tools, at any time at our sole discretion. We may also update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide thirty (30) days' notice via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ALT LABS LLC regarding your use of the Services. These Terms supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral. No modification of these Terms is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
